Since its inception, Alpine Services Ltd has provided security services to various organisations and blue chip clients in London and all around United Kingdom. We specialise in outsourced business processes and facilities in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat, with expertise in the assessment and management of security and safety risks for buildings, infrastructure, materials, valuables and people. We also undertake CCTV installation, maintenance, upgrading and monitoring.

Management

As part of our commitment to support our officers, we employ some of the finest security managers within the industry. They ensure our service delivery is second to none and delivered according to the assignment instructions and monitored through the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which are tailored to best measure. Our detailed implementation plan includes control measures to ensure all is going according to plan. In instances where there are issues, systems are put in place to ensure the process is back on track. Alpine Services Security managers aim to arrange quarterly meetings with clients in line with the company’s quality assurance policy. This ensures constant communication between the company and client and we also ensure the officers are kept informed about client requirement and expectation.

Our control room offers a back-up system for our officers and managers, operating 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. Our support team can provide fully integrated reports for all areas of our service delivery, ensuring that not only is all well, but that we are fully accountable to our partners.
